BuiltZip is a marketplace that helps customers connect with independent service professionals. BuiltZip is not the employer, contractor, agent, or guarantor of a Pro.

Projects and payments

Customers and Pros decide whether to work together. Payment for the underlying job is arranged directly between the Customer and Pro unless BuiltZip expressly introduces a separate payment product.

Professional requirements

Pros are responsible for licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, and other requirements that apply to their work.
