BuiltZip is a marketplace that helps customers connect with independent service professionals. BuiltZip is not the employer, contractor, agent, or guarantor of a Pro and does not perform the underlying service.

Marketplace use

Users must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and avoid spam, fraud, harassment, or attempts to misuse another person’s account.

Projects and payments

Customers and Pros decide whether to work together. Unless BuiltZip expressly introduces a separate payment product, payment for the underlying job is arranged directly between the Customer and Pro.

Professional requirements

Pros are responsible for licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, and other requirements that apply to their work. Customers should independently verify credentials appropriate to their project.

These launch terms are a practical marketplace notice and should receive professional legal review before BuiltZip is opened broadly to the public.
